[ moving to get up, but also immediately goes to take his hand ]

[ when they make it in he glances at him real quick: ]

Do you want to meet me in my room? I already gave it back to Forte, so I need to grab it real quick - Or the living room and I can get you something to drink or whatever.

[ nods a little and disappears to find forte before coming back to his room with some soda and a flipbook. ]

- I'm realizing you've never seen what he looked like before. I guess neither have I. Here.

[ he'll offer him the book to look at the cover of before moving to sit down. ]

[ laughs abruptly: ]

[ still laughing as he rolls his eyes: ]

[ but he'll take a breath and flip the page ]

[ it's a few moments before he winces and shakes his head out of it. ]

On a scale of like worst I've ever seen it's not bad. It's actually kind of nice? It's the twins first Halloween which is just... kids dressing up and going crazy for candy. B-I made my own costume for it so guess some things never change.

... it was a little like watching myself on television in my head? Living it and seeing it as if it were on tv at the same time.

Like, it starts with a whole television opening and everything's played out as if it's a family sitcom? He talks like he's speaking to an audience at one point. It's really hard to explain.
